Bookings for salons that fill themselves.

Give clients a page they can book from at eleven at night. Quarterpast keeps your calendar straight, sends the reminders and stops the phone ringing about times.

What it does

Four things you stop doing by hand

A page your clients can actually use

Your services, your hours and your prices on one page at your own address. It works on a six year old phone, it does not ask anybody to make an account, and a booking takes about twenty seconds from start to finish.

  • No client account
  • Works on any phone
  • Your own address

See everything it does

How it works

Set up on a Sunday, booked out by Friday

  1. Put your hours in

Set which days you work, how long each service takes and how much notice you need. Add a second chair or a second room and it knows the two can run at once.

  2. Share your page

You get a booking page at your own address. Put it in your bio, on your door and at the bottom of every message you send. There is nothing for a client to install.

  3. They turn up

The booking lands in your calendar, the client gets a confirmation, and a reminder goes out the day before. If they need to move it, they move it themselves.

In practice

What it changes day to day

  • I was losing an hour a day to the phone. Now I look at the week on a Sunday night and it is already full. The reminders on their own paid for it.

    Rowan MeadeBarber, two chairs
  • Six therapists, six sets of hours, and none of us double booked since we moved. Setting up who does what took an afternoon and I have not touched it since.

    Isla BrackenPhysiotherapy clinic
  • Deposits stopped the Saturday no-shows almost overnight. I turned them on for the long appointments only and nobody has complained once.

Questions

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, the form at the bottom reaches a person.

  • Yes. Send us what you have, in whatever shape it is in, and we will load your clients and your future appointments before you go live. Most businesses are moved over inside a day, and we do it for nothing on every plan.

  • The appointment stays on the client's page marked as missed, so you can see a pattern rather than half remember one. If you take deposits, your terms decide what happens to it, and you can waive it in one tap when it was a genuine mistake.

  • No. Your booking page is a page in its own right and plenty of businesses use it as their only address. If you do have a site, you can put the page inside it or link to it, whichever you prefer.

  • You add those bookings yourself in a few seconds, and they sit in the same calendar as the rest. The point is not that everybody books online; it is that the ones who would rather not call have somewhere to go.

  • One button inside your account, and no phone call. Your client list and your appointment history export as a spreadsheet whenever you want them, including after you have stopped paying.
